I've made altered books for the shop, and I made an altered book for a friend, but this is the first one that I've made for myself. I absolutely fell in love with Graphic 45.
I used a crackle glaze on the clock.
I used diamond glaze on the eyeglasses.
and the camera lens. 
Because this book was for myself, I felt a bit more freedom to do whatever I wanted to do.

So...the shop is in little Nashville, huh? We're three hours away. When we lived in Logansport we'd run down to get our shopping fix 5-6 times a year. Sigh, since moving to North Manchester, it's a little more challenging to get down there. If I ever make the trip, I am looking up your shop. Thanks to your site, I've been perusing Tim Holtz's site...and watching his tutorials. Very informative. Also, ahem, made a sizable online order of stuff I had to have. Love Graphic 45's stuff. Retro women, old fashioned, and charming. Never saw it before. Girl....you've widened my world! Thanks!

I love your book, and I'm happy that you've taken time to share it. I think one of the nice things about sharing such things in the blogging world, is that you do find kindred spirits, who understand, "just" what such things are for.
